SMS Terms

These terms apply to text messages sent by Baxter in Rye, LLC ("Baxter in Rye", "we", "us"). By ticking the text message box when you sign up on our website, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Baxter in Rye at the mobile number you provide.

What we send

Updates about new arrivals, events, sales and personal shopping, plus reminders for appointments you have booked.

How often

Message frequency varies, and we send no more than about 4 messages a month.

Cost

We do not charge for text messages, but message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and getting help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will confirm and send no further texts.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (914) 305-1726 orinfo@baxterinrye.com.
• To start receiving texts again after opting out, sign up again on our website or ask us in the store.

Consent

Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. You must be the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission to use it.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and text message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
